Partner of CMS Pasquier Ciulla Marquet Pastor Svara & Gazo (6 partners, 40+ associates) since 2009 and Co-Head of the Private Clients Team. Acting in both contentious and non-contentious mandates, Christine advises and represents a clientele comprised of Monegasque and foreign private individuals (HNWI and UHNWI), trusts and family offices. Expert in the practices of matrimonial law, private international law including family law, estate and status of individuals. Contributed to multiple editions of the European Lawyer Edition of “Family Law” reference book. In-depth knowledge of the Principality and its mechanisms, Member of Parliament at the Conseil National of the Principality of Monaco between 1998 and 2008. Founding member of “Monaco Sida”, later renamed “Fight Aids Monaco.
