It was written to expose the flaws and loopholes in the Hague Convention and the dramatic rise in parental abduction in the last 10 years. This book exposes the phenomenon of PAS which is too poorly recognized in the family courts today. It is devastating the lives of young children and target parents. These effects often are long-term on the children which extends into adulthood. It is about the injustices that are endemic in the family law system which involves judges, lawyers, psychologists, and court-appointed therapists. It shows how the legal system is fundamentally flawed, and the costs of all this are crippling.
